Working with Marty has been a great experience. There is often a perception that agents collect a commission for not doing that much work. The opposite is true of Marty. He has poured his heart and soul into my deal. I’m sure he has multiple other deals going on, but it feels like he is working exclusively on mine. He responds quickly, has visited the condo I am selling literally dozens of times on my behalf, visited suppliers, spoken with the HOA, my office, found a buyer, found a tenant, everything. I will continue to go to Marty for my future transactions and highly recommend working with him
